Responsibilities:

• Accurate coffee knowledge communication to guests
• All products served reflect Indie Coffee Roasters expectations and quality standards
• Looking for service opportunities, making cusstomers feel welcomed
• Accurate register operations and cash handling

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and the ability to multitask
• Exemplify professionalism while interacting with guests and team members
• Genuine desire to leave people better than you found them
• Critical thinking and quick problem solving
• Care about more than just coffee - we equally value community and an excellent experience for customers
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to use a car for market item transportation (preferred but not required)
